was established in 1989, what is the goal of the company?
And which product is renowned in the first period?
Bio Consumer Company Limited has the purpose to provide
Personal Cares and Household products of superior
quality and value that improve the lives of Thais
consumers.
“Eversense Cologne” is the first renowned product,
which we introduced into the market. With a unique
selling point that can serve girl teens, this made
Eversense Cologne being the leader in the Cologne
market share rapidly. After that, we introduced
Eversense Roll On, deodorant product, into the market
in order to focus on its leading position in Teens
market.
Furthermore, Personal cares for male teens are
introduced into the market. We provide not only
Cologne for male teens, but also Roll On, Deo Spray,
Hair Gel, Facial Foam, and Facial Gel under the
brand “TROS”. Certainly, TROS is renowned and
become the leader in Personal Cares market for male
teens.
- In order to create brand
awareness and make them renowned, what is the market
strategy?
Since our products are Personal Cares products and
our consumers consume them daily, so we desire to
bring quality life to the society as our philosophy
“The Better Product for the Better Life”. We invest
a lot on our state-of –the-art equipment, machine
and technology, including our well-trained expert,
in order to bring our customer all over the country
the supreme products and services.

For how to create brand awareness among the
target market, it depends on each target market
of each brand. For example, branded “Genie”
which has target market: preteen aged between
10-12 years old, so we launch the advertising
campaign by creating “Genie Gang” as the representative
of preteen girl gang. This gang will present
the friendship and enjoyable as the same way
of behavior for this target group. All marketing
communication messages will be the same way
in order to create brand awareness and focus
on its marketing position. |

What is the reason for the company focusing
on male products?
It is because that there is a little of masculine
product at that time in Thailand and no one
in this market before. While, some guy consume
Eversense Cologne and Eversense Roll on at that
time, so why not we create a new brand for male
only and focus branded “Eversense” targeted
on female only.

- What is the factor of product
successful?
The most important factor is the product
quality. We focus on the product development in order
to offer the best product that can fulfill the customers’
need. For example, branded “Fineline”, we launch “Fineline”
into the market lately comparing to other existing
brands, which exist for long period in this market
but “Fineline” can make consumers satisfied with the
product and it can create more brand loyalty than
we expected.
Whereas, the positioning of Fineline is targeted to
a modern workingwomen, other brands are focused on
the family image. We can notice that now some other
brands become to change the image like Fineline do.
Additional important factor is that we always do learning
and developments all the time in order to bring the
quality life to the society. Noticed that the growth
rate of all products under Bio Consumer Company Limited
is going upward comparing to the market and other
competitors.
